Our Team
Scott Erb, Owner
Scott Erb is a retired Navy Captain with over 26 years of service, including Command of the Pacific Fleet Destroyer USS CHUNG-HOON (DDG 93) and culminating in Command of the Navy’s Center for Security Forces. While leading a staff of 800 experts operating 14 learning sites worldwide, he built an innovation cell focused on rapidly incorporating advances in learning science and technology to improve the Navy’s Anti-terrorism, Security Force, Coastal Riverine Warfare, and Code of Conduct (SERE) training. In addition to his operational leadership experience and deep experience in training and education, he taught Ethics and Moral Reasoning for the Naval Leader to undergraduates at the US Naval Academy for four semesters from 2012-2014
